Kuwanoya (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") regarding the handling of information containing personal information of users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who use the services provided by the Company.

The Company does not provide personal information included in user information to third parties without obtaining the user's prior consent. However, the Company may provide user information to third parties in the following cases:
